The CR Home Protection Plan is a comprehensive maintenance program designed to keep your home’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems running smoothly. For just $45/month, members get regular inspections, preventive care, and exclusive perks to avoid costly and stressful repairs.

What is included in the plan’s annual visits?

Members receive three annual visits:

Plumbing: Video inspection of your main sewer line, check water pressure, valves, drains, faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine hoses, and sump pump.
Electrical: Full inspection of panels, outlets, switches, wiring, plus one small fix per year (labor & materials included).
HVAC: Clean outdoor unit, check refrigerant, drain lines, thermostats, motors, ductwork, and receive a detailed Vitals Report.
