"Courteous and knowledgeable"

When water heaters started leaking on Friday, I made a call to CR Plumbing. They arrived within a couple of hours to repair the leaking. It was obvious the water heaters needed to be replaced. CR was back on Saturday and replaced my water heater with a tankless model at a great price. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use them for all my plumbing needs.

They were on time, friendly, courteous (wore booties when they worked inside), upfront with expected cost, and reviewed the problem and fix clearly. Chuck came out to investigate a leak coming from my shower, since I had mold in my closet on the opposite wall. He communicated all the steps he was performing in a timely manner. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. He found the leak within an hour. I was impressed with this business and would highly recommend.

I had a leak in one of my two hot water heaters over the weekend and scheduled an appointment for this Thursday. CR Plumbing called me before they actually opened and asked for pictures and more feedback. Because I had an active leak they sent a crew to my house today. They diagnosed our hot water heater quickly and developed a solution. Instead of trying to force me to buy something I may not need, they offered a solid solution and quickly resolved my problem. Eric worked late to make sure we were fit into the schedule. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the issue, and charged us what I consider to be a very reasonable amount. We tried two other plumbers before CR Plumbing and both charged excessive amounts for relatively simple fixes. I am relieved to have stumbled upon CR Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.

Arrived on time, very nice, very professional. He first looked with a camera (in both directions) where he found a large paper blockage. He then snaked the drain and did something most do not do.... he re-scoped it to be sure the job was done right with the camera. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing concerns!

"I could tell they cared"

Guys were prompt, courteous, and respectful. The price was also very fair. They replaced a circulating pump and had trouble with the wiring of my tankless water heater, but figured it all out. I could tell they cared, which is hardly ever seen in a company these days. We will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs. We all know its hard to find a good plumber. Clayton came to my house on very short notice to do a pre-purchase plumbing inspection. He arrived exactly as scheduled and he did a great job. He saved me from having to pay $2,000+ to repair a sewer line break by finding it before I purchased the house. The seller ended up paying for the repair.

I cannot say enough about CR plumbing. Top notch from start to finish. It's hard to find a company that treats their clients like family but that's their vibe! The work is second to none and the response time is the best I've seen. Their team does everything they can to prioritize and get to the urgent calls ASAP even if it means longer days. I was even fortunate enough to add on some additional work needed when they were onsite- they didn't blink an eye- just jumped right in. Even the information they've shared with me has helped me learn a lot and understand! I won't look anywhere else for any future needs or issues.

"The only plumber I will ever use or refer"

CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area.

For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail.

After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call.

Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clayton, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile.

They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease.

I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clayton and Phil! We are so grateful for your service.

Contacted this company about installing a tankless water heater and left a message. They called me back in a timely manner and were so friendly and helpful and gave me a quote over the phone.

After one of the largest winter storms in the DFW area all plumbers are inundated with calls. I was very pleased with their customer service and would highly recommend them based on my interaction. They are prompt and extremely professional and the price quoted was reasonable. You can tell that they actually care about their customers.

Next time I'm in need of a plumbing company, they will be the company I check with first.

In the midst of the winter storm (Feb., 2021) one of our tankless waterheaters sprang a leak. At a time when  all the plumbers we contacted said they would put us on their "list" and get back to us when they could, CR Plumbing responded immediately and scheduled us the for very next day. But in fact, they showed up later that very afternoon!!!
