Our Platinum Maintenance Plan goes above and beyond to maintain your plumbing system’s health with a comprehensive range of services to prevent issues before they arise.

Services in the annual inspection include the following:

• Video inspection of main sewer line
• Test household water pressure
• Inspect water shut-off valves for sinks, toilets and water heaters
• Visual inspection of all exposed plumbing
• Check drain flow for sinks, tubs, showers, and floor drains
• Check water heater operation (details below)
• Check sump pump operation
• Check interior faucets for leaks
• Check hose bibs for leaks
• Locate all emergency water shut-off valves
• Check operation of toilets (includes dye testing)
• Check exposed hot and cold water supply lines
• Inspect washing machine hoses
• Locate and inspect clean-outs

Gas Water Heater

• Check the main burner and pilot
• Inspect flue pipe
• Check for proper vent draft
• Check for water leaks
• Check emergency shut-off valve operation

• Check pressure and safety relief valves

Electric Water Heater

• Check element operation
• Check thermostat operation
• Check condition of wiring
